Carpin's warranty is also an EXCLUSIVE warranty. There are no other warranties with respect to the product, including no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Purchaser has the responsibility to determine suitability of the product for purchasers intended application or use. Carpin disclaims any liability for defects, loss of product, or third-party claims arising out of the incorrect choice of product for particular application or use.

Exclusion of Liability

Carpin shall not be held liable for any claims (whether by purchaser or a third party) relating to usage of the product.

This warranty does not extend to incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages; penalties or liquidated damages, including loss of production or profits; labor and materials; overhead costs; or any other loss or expense incurred in the use of this product, including in its installation or assembly.

This warranty also does not extend to latent defects. This warranty specifically excludes from coverage for damage arising from ordinary wear and tear; alteration; accident; negligent use; misuse; neglect; intentional misconduct; improper or inadequate maintenance.

Shipping Quantity

Carpin will strive to produce and ship all orders in quantity as close to the original order quantity as possible, however due to the nature of the bulk manufacturing processes employed and the specialized nature of many customer orders, Carpin reserves the right to over/under ship by 10% of the order quantity.

Returns

No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior written authorization and proper issuance of a Carpin RMA number. Similarly, no credit will be given for merchandise which is improperly returned, returned without authorization, or returned without an RMA number, and the party which improperly returned the merchandise will be responsible for all expenses associated with the disposition of such merchandise. Defective merchandise, for which Carpin has issued an RMA and authorized to be returned, will be credited once it has been properly and safely returned and then verified by Carpin. Non-defective merchandise may be returned for re-stocking after Carpin authorization and issuance of an RMA number. In order to be eligible for credit, returned merchandise must be in saleable condition which will be verified by Carpin upon receipt. Returned merchandise may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
